About Us
About Us
At North Florida Plumbing, our mission is to deliver dependable residential and commercial services that keep homes and businesses running smoothly. From urgent repairs to planned upgrades, every job is handled with honest communication, prompt response times, and careful attention to detail.
We proudly serve Jacksonville and surrounding communities across North Florida. Whether you need routine maintenance or emergency assistance, our licensed team is ready to provide the fix behind the flow.
Our Story
North Florida Plumbing LLC started with a simple observation: most plumbing frustration has nothing to do with pipes. It's the unanswered phone at 11pm, the four-hour arrival window, the invoice that doubled between the estimate and the handshake. We built the company to remove all three.
Today we serve homeowners, landlords, and business owners across Jacksonville and the surrounding North Florida communities — emergency repairs, drain cleaning, water heaters, fixture installs, repipes, and commercial maintenance. Every call is answered, every price is quoted before work begins, and every repair is explained in plain language so you know what failed and why.
That approach is why our customers rate us 5 stars across 28 reviews, and why most of our work comes from referrals and repeat calls rather than advertising. We're open 24 hours, reachable at (904) 862-6927, and listed under Florida plumbing license CFC1430743. Our Medical Gas License Number is 17-0624-03.
Phones are covered 24 hours a day. When water is moving where it shouldn't, you get a person, not a voicemail box.
You see the price and the scope before we start. No surprise line items after the work is finished.
We diagnose why it failed — pressure, roots, corrosion, or install error — so the same repair doesn't come back next season.
Drop cloths down, boots covered, work area cleaned. We live and work in the same Jacksonville neighborhoods we serve.
Our Team
A small, accountable crew — not a rotating roster of subcontractors.
Owner & Lead Plumber
James founded North Florida Plumbing to do the job the way he always thought it should be done: answer the phone, quote honestly, and fix the cause. He handles emergency diagnostics, repipes, and every water heater install personally.
Residential & Commercial Repair
Our field technicians handle drain cleaning, leak detection, fixture installation, and routine repairs. Every tech is background-checked, uniformed, and trained on the same diagnostic checklist so quality doesn't depend on who shows up.
24/7 Call Coverage
Dispatch triages every call, walks emergency customers through shutting off water, and keeps you updated on arrival windows so you're not waiting around all day.
